Spaces where living and caring must go hand in hand

A residence is not just a healthcare facility; it is, above all, a place where people live. The construction of these centers requires a perspective that combines healthcare functionality with spatial quality, comfort, and a human scale.

At SEROM, we develop residences and day centers with planning that prioritizes safety, accessibility, and well-being. We work on layouts, the relationship between common spaces and rooms, natural light, and environmental comfort so that the building contributes positively to the daily lives of residents and professionals.

We develop complete buildings with living units, adapted rooms, common spaces, dining rooms, activity zones, and healthcare areas. We plan the building to facilitate the work of the staff and ensure safe and comfortable environments for the residents.

Day centers integrated into urban environments

We build centers designed to offer daytime care with multipurpose spaces, activity rooms, and rest areas, prioritizing accessibility and integration with the neighborhood or immediate surroundings.

Expansions and adaptation of existing centers

We intervene in operational residences to expand capacity, modernize facilities, or adapt spaces to new care models. We plan the phases to minimize the impact on residents and staff.
