The project to remodel the facades of the BC building at the MútuaTerrassa University Hospital aims to modernize the building, improve its energy efficiency, and increase the comfort of patients, professionals, and visitors.

The project involves the comprehensive renovation of the facades based on sustainability and efficiency criteria, incorporating construction solutions that allow for the integration of energy production systems using photovoltaic panels. This intervention contributes to optimizing the building’s energy performance and moving towards a more sustainable model.

The execution of the works is carried out from the exterior of the building, allowing the center’s healthcare activity to continue during the works and minimizing the impact on the hospital’s daily operations. This type of intervention requires careful planning, high-level coordination, and execution adapted to an operational healthcare environment.
