The project, which SEROM is developing in a UTE (Temporary Business Union) with the local company Locubsa, highlights the team&#8217;s capacity for adaptation and planning in complex climatic contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working in these conditions involves much more than managing cold or snow. It requires precise logistical organization, detailed planning of work phases, and a technical team capable of anticipating any factor that might affect the progress of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Evolution by Phases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is being developed in two distinct phases, with a total of 28 homes. Currently, <strong>Phase 1<\/strong>, comprising 15 homes, is fully erected and covered, with interior work already underway. Concurrently, <strong>Phase 2<\/strong>, with 13 homes, is progressing with the execution of the above-ground structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This evolution reflects a sustained pace of work and proper coordination of teams, despite the difficulties associated with meteorological conditions and the logistical complexity of the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construction in Mountain Environments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction in mountain areas during winter presents specific challenges that affect both planning and execution. Access to the site, material supply, and team safety require particularly careful management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context, every decision is key: from the organization of tasks to the optimization of execution times.
