A new boost to strengthen healthcare and adapt it to current challenges
Construction of the new Ripoll building at Parc Taulí Hospital in Sabadell, an action linked to the growth and modernization process of the hospital complex to respond to new care needs arising from COVID-19.
The building is developed across four above-ground floors, a semi-basement floor, and an upper technical level, connecting to the existing building via elevated walkways and a service tunnel. The new spaces house hospitalization units and a multipurpose ICU, while support areas and facilities are concentrated on the lower levels.
The project also includes preliminary demolition, earthmoving, and foundation work, serving as the basis for the development of the new facility.
