Construction of the new Hotel Ibis Budget 22@ Barcelona Center, a 189-room establishment designed to offer functional and contemporary accommodation in one of the city’s main hubs of activity.

The building incorporates spaces designed to enhance the user experience, such as a swimming pool, terrace, garden, interior courtyard, and a gastronomic offering, creating a range of services adapted to the current needs of the hotel sector.
The project was developed ensuring compliance with execution deadlines, construction quality, and defined energy efficiency criteria, consolidating a new hotel asset that contributes to the development of the 22@ district.
