Comprehensive renovation of an office building at Diagonal 471

Transformation of a historic building into a new 21,500 m² business hub

The intervention consisted of the comprehensive remodeling of the property, maintaining its original structure while incorporating new facades, installations, and interior spaces adapted to current standards of quality, sustainability, and connectivity.

The complex offers 21,500 m² of surface area, of which 14,100 m² are dedicated to offices with open-plan floors of up to 3,000 m², designed to accommodate flexible and bright work environments.

The building also features commercial premises facing Diagonal, restaurant spaces on the ground floor, an auditorium, and several terraces, including a 1,400 m² rooftop intended for corporate and networking use. The project incorporates environmental and well-being certifications, as well as solutions oriented toward sustainable mobility. Aura thus establishes itself as a new office benchmark in Barcelona’s central business district, with a contemporary architectural proposal aimed at attracting and retaining talent.
