The Residencial Nou Mirador project, in Sant Joan Despí, continues to advance according to the planned schedule and is now entering a particularly relevant phase of structural execution. Currently, the works are in the preliminary process before the concreting of the P1 floor slab, an action scheduled for next week that will represent a new step forward in the consolidation of the building.

This moment marks an important point in the development of the work, as it allows for further definition of the residential complex’s structure and confirms the good pace of execution of the works. Each completed phase brings the project closer to its final configuration and makes visible the evolution of a building designed to offer constructive quality, comfort, and functionality.

A residential project designed for well-being

Residencial Nou Mirador consists of 28 homes designed with a clear aim to meet current housing needs. The apartments have 105 m² of usable space, with a layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, and incorporate spacious and well-designed areas to promote a comfortable and balanced daily life.

One of the project’s outstanding values is the relationship between interior and exterior. The homes feature terraces of up to 39 m² and, in some cases, private solariums of up to 59 m², providing more light, spaciousness, and quality of use. All in all, this constitutes a contemporary residential proposal, aimed at offering spaces for living with greater comfort and a better quality of life.
