Yugo Alba Viu University Residence Inaugurated in Cerdanyola
As of today, Cerdanyola del Vallès boasts a new facility dedicated to university talent. The new Yugo Alba Viu university residence, executed by SEROM, has been officially inaugurated after months of technical work and coordination among all agents involved in the project.
With a built area of more than 14,000 m² and a capacity of 610 rooms, the residence joins the educational fabric of the municipality with the aim of offering a quality environment for university students. This facility is conceived not only as accommodation but also as an environment that fosters coexistence, study, and personal development.
A project serving the university community
The inauguration ceremony symbolizes the beginning of a new phase for this facility, which aims to meet the growing demand for university accommodation in the Barcelona area, and particularly in Cerdanyola.
The project has been designed with a clear commitment to user comfort, space quality, and sustainability. The residence’s configuration combines individual rooms with common areas designed to foster interaction, study, and community life, thus contributing to a complete university experience.
